Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure you receive quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to help with an exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:  
   Exchanges are only accepted for products that are either:
   - Damaged upon arrival.
   - Incorrectly shipped (wrong item).

2. How to Initiate an Exchange:  
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us through email or Instagram within 15 days of the product's arrival to begin the exchange process. Include your order number and details about the issue.

   - For damaged products: Notify us within 15 days of delivery.
   - For incorrect products: Send us a photo of the original order as evidence to validate the exchange.

3. Return Process:  
   Once your exchange is approved, we will guide you through the return process. Make sure to keep the product in its original condition and packaging.
